With the flood waters having receeded it has been good to get back on home water for a solid block of training prior to the big race of the year - the U23 European Championships in 2 weeks time. Whilst it took me a couple of sessions to get back into the 'feel' of Nottingham, by the end of the week I was delivering some really good, high quality sessions.
What's more, the decision to do less physical sessions on the flat, and more on the whitewater seems to be paying dividends, with me setting new PB's during my testing block this week.
On another happy note, and despite my best attempts to the contrary, I graduated from University yesterday!
Finally, there's some video from the Krakow training camp at the end of June which I'd made a while ago but forgot to put online - sorry!
